HEALTHY HYDRATING AND DETOXIFYING



All you need is a juicer and make sure to clean all ingredients carefully, try and source organic ingredients for maximum benefit

You may vary the proportion of ingredients to your taste

Avoid using salt and sugar to enhance taste, these combinations are best consumed immediately after preparing, undiluted and cold.

Keep all ingredients refrigerated after cleaning so it’s ready and easy to use and cold when juiced.

 
    Cucumber, mint, coriander and lemon juice

Pass the first three ingredients through a juicer and add a small squeeze lemon (just a few drops)

Carrot, beetroot and pomegranate juice

Pass all ingredients through a juicer.

Water melon, cucumber and coriander juice

Pass all ingredients through a juicer and add a pinch of cumin powder

Watermelon juice and Coconut water
Equal portions of watermelon juice and coconut water

Kiwi and sweet lime juice with coconut water

Equal portions of each

Black grape, carrot and pomegranate juice

Pass all ingredients through a juicer – Use less of the carrot juice and equal portions of the grape and pomegranate juices

 

These juices are packed with nutrients, are fresh and easy to make and great concoctions for all ages to enjoy.
